Mandatory Conditions:

  • An unboxing video is compulsory when you first receive the package
  • The package must be completely sealed and unopened at the start of the video
  • The video must clearly show the condition of the package and product

Without a proper unboxing video, no claims (damage, defect, missing item) will be accepted


Important Notice (Strict Policy)

  • Once the perfume is received from the delivery partner, it cannot be returned under any circumstances
  • This applies whether the product is opened or unopened

This policy is strictly enforced due to hygiene, authenticity, and product integrity reasons


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Perfumes that have been opened, tested, or used
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Any order where the unboxing video is not provided
  • Any product once successfully delivered and accepted by the customer

3. Refund Process (Only for Eligible Cases)

If your case qualifies under damage/defect (with valid proof):

  3. If approved:

  • You must report damage/defect within 48 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory proof

If verified, we will:

  • Replace the product OR
  • Issue a refund

No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.
