1. Eligibility for Returns

- Be returned within 7 days of the purchase date
Mandatory Conditions:
- An unboxing video is compulsory when you first receive the package
- The package must be completely sealed and unopened at the start of the video
- The video must clearly show the condition of the package and product
Without a proper unboxing video, no claims (damage, defect, missing item) will be accepted
Important Notice (Strict Policy)
- Once the perfume is received from the delivery partner, it cannot be returned under any circumstances
- This applies whether the product is opened or unopened
This policy is strictly enforced due to hygiene, authenticity, and product integrity reasons
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Perfumes that have been opened, tested, or used
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery
- Any order where the unboxing video is not provided
- Any product once successfully delivered and accepted by the customer
3. Refund Process (Only for Eligible Cases)

4. Damaged or Defective Items

- A clear unboxing video is mandatory proof
If verified, we will:
- Replace the product OR
- Issue a refund
No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.
